Steve Smalling

Steve joined the firm in 1987 and has spent his entire career in the National Housing Group, directly involved with all quantitative aspects of the firm’s single-family practice, including cash flow analysis, bond counsel and rating agency interaction, analysis of prior bond issues, and the enhancement of bond structures. He received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee. Steve is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a CPA (inactive status).
