Sam Nasser joined Raymond James in 2003 as assistant vice president in Asset Management Services (AMS) serving as product specialist and manager for the Raymond James Freedom platform. In 2007 Sam became vice president and regional manager of the Northwest (15 states) for AMS. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the distribution of institutional investment solutions to more than 900 advisors and client consultations regarding professionally managed investment strategies. In 2012 Sam joined the Financial Institutions Division in his current role of division director for the West. Prior to joining Raymond James, he worked at Armand Powers, Jullion & Jackson, as an executive search consultant for the IT industry. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and earned an MBA from the University of Tampa. Sam holds the FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses and obtained the CIMA® designation (Certified Investment Management Analyst) in 2007 from the Wharton School of Business.
