Diane M. Guffey

Diane Guffey sums up her role in supporting her team by saying, “My clients are my financial advisors. In addition, I fully appreciate the value of registered sales associates, who can help advisors grow their businesses and better serve their clients. My job is to help advisors thrive by removing obstacles that stand in their way.”

Diane has been with Raymond James since 1987 and holds the designation of Wealth Management Specialist™. Today, she is focused on growing the Chattanooga branch by attracting, developing and retaining high-caliber financial advisors and support associates.

Prior to becoming branch manager, she served as the branch’s operations manager, an experience that makes her particularly qualified to understand and address advisors’ concerns and needs.

In 2018, Diane received the RJA Woman of Distinction award. She has served as a mentor for the Emerging Branch manager Program, Women’s Leadership Alliance mentor program and Registered Associate Mentoring program. She serves on the Branch manager Advisory Council in addition to the Women’s Advisory Council.

Diane resides on Signal Mountain with her husband, Roger, and two standard poodles, Chadwick and Daphne. In her free time, Diane enjoys CrossFit, fishing and playing golf.
