Margo Kruchynina

Margo Kruchynina

Client Service Specialist

Margo joined the Aspira team in 2025, bringing a diverse background in banking, public sector work, and business development. Her passion lies in serving others, especially in promoting financial well-being and a high quality of life driven by fulfillment, happiness, and exploration.

In 2020, Margo was the Team Lead of Budgets and Reporting for the Ministry of Children and Family Development. However, a life-altering car accident changed her career trajectory, leading her to focus on self-employment to accommodate her recovery.

In 2022, Margo founded a thriving community for entrepreneurial women in Victoria, which quickly grew to over 1,000 members. She hosts monthly coffee meetups, creating opportunities for women to network, grow their businesses, and foster a strong sense of belonging.

Since 2022, Margo has volunteered as a business mentor with Futurpreneur Canada, helping new entrepreneurs navigate the complex journey of business ownership. She is also a frequent speaker at the Victoria Conference Centre and Victoria City Hall, where she teaches social media sales strategies to beginner entrepreneurs on behalf of Futurpreneur Canada and the City of Victoria.

As part of the Aspira team, Margo is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organization focused on helping others achieve their financial goals and reach new heights. Outside of her professional work, Margo prioritizes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, staying active, embracing new experiences, and spending time with her French bulldog, Rosie.
